The fine print
Terms, refunds, privacy

Who we are
TWO POP is a business name registered in Ontario, Canada, by Nathaniel (Nate) Colitto, who runs it as a sole proprietor. "TWO POP", "we" and "us" on this page mean Nate, doing business as TWO POP.
- Address: 1120 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 4W1, Canada
- Phone: (416) 996-2383
- Orders, refunds and accounts: support@twopop.ca · Coaching: coaching@twopop.ca · Apps: apps@twopop.ca · Everything else: hello@twopop.ca
The short version
- Videos stream only. They're for you and the people you live with, on up to 4 devices.
- You keep them. Watch what you bought for as long as we stream it. If we ever take a series down for good, we send you the video files to keep.
- Video refunds: within 7 days of buying. One video: if you've watched less than a minute of it. A whole series: if you haven't watched one full video.
- Apps: all sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
- Coaching and On Set jobs are booked one at a time, on the terms in your booking or quote.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Your rights under the law come first. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
Terms
These terms apply when you use twopop.ca, make an account, or buy or book something from us. You agree to them when you make your account or pay. Before you pay, checkout shows what you're buying, the price, the tax and the total, and lets you fix a mistake or back out. After you pay, we email you a receipt.
Who can buy
You need to be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to make an account or buy. Kids are welcome to watch on a parent's or guardian's account, with their say-so.
Prices, tax and where we sell
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and before tax. GST or HST is added for where you are and shown before you pay. We add no other fees. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge to convert it.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your card number.
- Our videos and apps can be bought from Canada and most other countries, but not yet from the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or Monaco. If that's you, email hello@twopop.ca and we'll tell you when that changes.
Videos (On Demand)
- What you buy: the right to stream the video or series on twopop.ca, for watching by you and the people you live with. You don't buy the video itself.
- What you need: an internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a TV: AirPlay or Chromecast. Picture quality depends on your connection.
- Not allowed: downloading, screen recording, copying, re-uploading or selling the videos, sharing your sign-in outside your home, or showing them to a paying audience or a team you coach. Teams and clubs: email hello@twopop.ca and we'll work something out.
- How long: "lifetime access" means you can watch what you bought for as long as TWO POP streams it. If we take a series down for good, we email everyone who bought it and send them the video files to keep, for the same use at home.
- Fixes: we may improve a video (better sound, a fixed caption). We won't give you less than you paid for.
- Partners: some series are made with partner coaches. The Rookie Series is made with Crease Goaltending and Coach Dave Dolecki. TWO POP sells it, and you deal with us.
Train safely
Goalie training is physical and carries a risk of injury. Our videos show drills and technique; they aren't medical advice and don't replace a coach who can see you. Wear proper, well-fitted gear and train on a safe surface. Kids should train with an adult watching. Stop if something hurts, and check with a doctor first if you have an injury or a health condition. If you think someone has a concussion, stop right away and have a doctor check them.
Gifts
- You can buy a series as a gift. We email the recipient a gift code right away, at the date and time you pick, or on Christmas morning, and they redeem it into their own account. For a child, use a parent's email.
- Gift codes don't expire and carry no fees. Each works once, for the series named on it.
- If a code goes astray, email support@twopop.ca. As long as it hasn't been used, we cancel it and send a new one.
Accounts
- Sign in with your email and a password, or a 6-digit code we email you. Up to 4 devices can be signed in at once, each for up to 180 days. Your Account page shows them and signs them out.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
- If we think an account is being shared outside a home or misused, we contact you first, tell you why, and give you a chance to answer. If we ever close an account through no fault of yours, we refund what you can no longer watch.
- To close your account, email support@twopop.ca from its email address. Closing it ends access to what you bought.
Coaching (on the ice)
- Lessons are booked by email (coaching@twopop.ca). Prices are on the Coaching page. Private lessons are the coaching price plus the cost of ice, which the rink sets and we pass on at cost. We confirm the full total by email before you pay.
- Paying: each session is invoiced. Pay by e-Transfer (the address is on the invoice), or by credit card with a 2.4% card fee. Once a session has taken place, its fee isn't refundable.
- Cancelling or rescheduling: free up to 48 hours before, for small groups, team practices and private lessons. For a private lesson, the cost of ice is still owed if the rink won't refund it. Later than 48 hours, or a no-show, and the session is charged in full. If the rink closes or we have to cancel, you don't pay, or we move it.
- Time slots: sessions run 50 minutes, with 10-minute breaks between them. They start and end at the scheduled time, whenever the goalie arrives, and a time slot only changes if we both agree.
- Come ready: on time, in full, well-fitted goalie equipment, including a certified goalie mask and a throat protector. The goalie (or a parent, for anyone under 18) looks after water, warming up and cooling down.
- Before the first session, a parent or guardian (or the goalie, if 18 or over) fills in our intake form: an emergency contact and any health information we need to keep the goalie safe. Tell us before a session if anything changes, like a new injury.
- Risk: goalie training is on ice and carries real risks of injury, including concussion. By booking, you accept the normal risks of the sport. TWO POP and its coaches aren't responsible for injuries that come from those normal risks, on or off the ice. Nothing here limits responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
- If we think a goalie may have a concussion, they come off the ice and don't go back on that day, and we tell a parent right away. They come back only once a doctor has cleared them.
- Conduct: respect for coaches, other players, parents, staff and the rink is a must. Misconduct, unsafe behaviour or not following instructions can mean removal from the session, without a refund.
- Video and photos: we may film sessions to coach from; that video stays private, between the coach and you. We never use a goalie's image to promote TWO POP without written OK (from a parent, for anyone under 18), and you can take it back any time by email.
On Set (photo and video jobs) and video review
- Every job gets a written quote setting out what you get, the price, the dates, where you can use the work, and the cancelling terms. Those job terms apply to that job, alongside this page. "From" prices are starting prices; your quote gives the full price before you agree.
- If we give you an estimate, we won't charge more than 10% above it unless you agree to a change first.
- For a video review, your footage stays yours. You let us watch it, mark it up and send the review back, and nothing else.
- When we photograph a team, we work with the team and its parents, and we don't use photos of children to promote TWO POP without a parent's written OK.
Apps
Our Mac apps, starting with RawMilk, come with their own end user licence, which you agree to in the app's welcome window, in English or French. A RawMilk licence key works on up to 2 Macs of one person; the app checks in with twopop.ca to keep count. All app sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Questions: apps@twopop.ca.
Who owns what
Our videos, photos, music, sounds, logos and words belong to TWO POP or the partners who made them with us, and are protected by copyright. What you send us (game film, messages) stays yours; you let us use it only to do what you asked.
If something goes wrong
We work to keep the site and videos running, but the internet sometimes breaks. If a video won't play, email support@twopop.ca and we'll fix it, help you, or refund you. We're responsible for what we do, not for things we can't reasonably control, like an outage at an internet provider. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it, or takes away any warranty or right the law gives you, including your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and, if you live in Quebec, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top changes when we do, and we email account holders about any change that matters. A change never applies to something you've already bought, unless it's better for you.
The law and disputes
If you have a problem, email support@twopop.ca or call (416) 996-2383 first; most things get sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws where you live and can go to the courts there, including small claims court. We will never make you go to arbitration or give up your right to join a class action.
Refunds
Videos
Ask within 7 days of buying.
- One video: a refund if you've watched less than a minute of it.
- A whole series: a refund if you haven't watched one full video of it.
How to ask: email support@twopop.ca from the email on your account and say what you bought. You don't need to give a reason.
How we check: our video player keeps a record of how much of each video has played on your account, and we look at it when you ask. If our record doesn't match what you remember, tell us, and Nate will look at it himself.
What happens next: the refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 15 days of approving it (your bank may take a few days more to show it), and the video or series comes off your account.
Gifts
The person who paid can ask within 7 days of buying, on the same rules. If the code has been used, what the recipient has watched counts.
Apps
All sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Email apps@twopop.ca.
Coaching, video review and On Set
Coaching follows the cancelling rule above. Video review and On Set jobs follow the terms in your quote.
Your rights under the law
These rules are on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. For example, Ontario law lets you cancel an online purchase if we didn't give you the required information before you bought, or didn't send you a copy of the agreement afterwards.
Privacy
What we collect, why, who handles it, and your choices. This follows Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and, for people in Quebec, Quebec's private-sector privacy law.
Who's responsible
Nate Colitto, owner, is the person in charge of protecting personal information at TWO POP: support@twopop.ca, (416) 996-2383, or the address at the top.
What we collect, and why
- Your email and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password, never the password itself: to make your account and sign you in.
- Your devices (a name for each, like "Chrome on Mac", and when it was last used): to keep your account to 4 devices and let you sign them out.
- What you bought, when, what you paid, and your country and province or state: to give you access, send receipts, charge the right tax, handle refunds and keep the tax records the law requires.
- How much of each video has played on your account: to pick up where you left off and to check refund requests.
- Gifts (the recipient's name and email, your message, when to send it): to deliver the gift, and nothing else.
- The newsletter (your email, when you signed up and confirmed, the page you signed up on, and the words you agreed to): to send the TWO POP news you asked for.
- Enquiries (your name, email and what you tell us, such as a goalie's age or level, or game film): to answer you, quote, book and do the work.
- Coaching (an emergency contact and any health information you choose to share): to keep the goalie safe. Only the coach sees it.
- App activation (RawMilk): a scrambled copy of your licence key, the email and date in the key, and each Mac's ID, name (like "M4 PRO") and date added: to keep a key to 2 Macs and let you move it. If your Mac's name includes your name, you can rename the Mac.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, like your IP address: to run the site, keep it secure and stop abuse.
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we only use it for these things, unless we ask you first or the law requires it.
Who handles it for us
A few companies run parts of TWO POP. Each gets only what it needs to do its job for us: Cloudflare (hosting, our database and files), Stripe (payments and sales tax; your card details go straight to Stripe), Mux (streams the videos and measures how much has played), Resend (sends our emails) and Apple iCloud Mail (our twopop.ca mailboxes). For a partner series, the partner sees sales totals, never your name or email. We also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Outside Canada
These companies are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or handled there or in other countries, where the courts, police and governments can reach it under their own laws.
Kids
Many of our viewers are kids, so we're careful. Accounts are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 14 in Quebec); if we find we have, we delete it. When a parent tells us about a child (in an enquiry, for coaching or with game film), the parent is giving that information and consent for the child. We never use a child's photo, video or name to promote TWO POP without a parent's written OK. Parents can see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.
Cookies
Only the three the site needs to sign you in. No advertising or analytics cookies, and no Google Analytics, so there's no cookie banner. Block them and you won't be able to sign in. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, keeps nothing that identifies you and doesn't follow you to other sites.
- tp_session keeps you signed in, for up to 180 days. The page's scripts can't read it.
- tp_device remembers which of your devices this is, for 400 days.
- tp_in tells the page you're signed in so it shows the right buttons, for as long as your sign-in.
Our video player doesn't use cookies.
Emails
We send the emails you need: sign-in codes, receipts, gifts, and messages about your account or what you bought. News and offers only if you said yes: by ticking a box that wasn't ticked for you, or by signing up in the box at the bottom of a page and then pressing the link we email you. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it (within 10 business days at the latest).
How long we keep things
- Your account, devices and what you've watched: while your account is open, deleted within 30 days of closing it.
- Purchase and tax records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as Canadian tax law requires, even if you close your account.
- Enquiries that don't become a booking: 2 years, then deleted.
- The newsletter: until you unsubscribe. A sign-up never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. After you unsubscribe we keep only your address, marked unsubscribed, so it's never emailed by mistake.
- Game film: deleted 90 days after we send the review. Coaching health and contact details: 1 year after the last session.
- App activations: for as long as the licence is in use.
Keeping it safe
The site is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords and licence keys are kept only in scrambled form, and only Nate (and, for coaching, the coach) can see your information. If a breach puts your information at real risk, we tell you and the Privacy Commissioner, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have about you and get a copy, have it corrected, have it deleted or stop us using it for something you agreed to (we have to keep some records, like tax records), and ask who we've shared it with. In Quebec, you can also get your information in a common format. Email support@twopop.ca from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days, free.
Please tell us first if you're unhappy. If our answer doesn't sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
